變頻式SAP-Plasma (雪曼電漿)可在底材上製造出各種符合膠水或水性墨所需之極性官能基(-OH, -CH, -NH, -COOH…) ，取代溶劑底塗的化學鍵結功能。
EVA材質經由SAP-Plasma處理後，直接塗抹PU水膠(也無須添加硬化劑)，拉拔力可媲美傳統UV型底塗效果；甚至以沸水煮一小時後，其拉拔力也並未削減太多。
