By ionizing the appropriate proportion of oxygen / nitrogen molecules in the air, the frequency adjustable SAP-Plasma is able to produce the specified polar functional groups (-OH, -CH, -NH, -COOH ...), and meet the chemical bonding requirements of the glue or ink (solvent or water- based) on the substrate.The SAP-Plasma, which is the key technology of high-efficiency, environmentally friendly, and can be easily integrated inline/offline process for the ultrafine cleaning, surface activation and modification of almost all materials, like plastics, metals, glass, silicon rubber, cardboard, textiles, and composite materials (PPS+55% glass fiber or carbon fiber… etc.).
